unzip the oiv and follow the folder structure
should be easy drag and drop

@NecroMech the paths are set up in the folder structure, shouldnt be a problem to install it

@FadeYeet its a bug from gta enhanced, doesnt happen on legacy

@silada modding Enhanced is very limited atm.
having the modelnames of add-on cars in the file doesnt cause any issues as the game just skips them if the model isnt found.
this popgroup is not made or tested on enhanced its only for legacy.
as we have no limit adjusters for enhnaced u might have run into memory issues.
