@nickaoke This was all made using menyoo and in-game props. Just had to retexture some props and had a friend (kudos to meimeiriver) convert it into an add-on version.
@Lil Slim C @raburs Sorry. Don't have plans to make mlo. For now, there is an ADD-ON VERSIONI released a few days ago. If anyone is willing to make an MLO, just credit me as the original author. -Thanks.
@Douni Make sure you install custom prop mod in the description. Install the add-on version. That one should work.

@meimeiriver You have my permission. If you want, pm me and I'll update and credit you. I originally had the ymap version but it was always the issue of the custom props not displaying.
@Losthegamer01 Will upload one. Just select 'teleport to reference' in Menyoo's spooner mode first and load the map from there.

Thanks for this much respect. Btw if anyone is still having trouble installing the add-on, you can extract the ydr files and replace them inside 64k.rpf
Steps:
1. Open the georgefloydtribute.rpf in OpenIV. Then extract those files onto your desktop.
2. Copy 64k.rpf to your 'mods folder' and drag & drop the new files located in here:
64k.rpf > levels > gta > _citye > scentral_01 > sc1_21.rpf

@SLY95ZER All done in photoshop. Used a lot of references and brushes to create 3d normals and textures.
@A-12T99 It's probably an issue regarding VisualV. Been experiencing that same issue without my clouds. The only work around to get the clouds into your recorded scene set the clouds to default in menyoo and then while recording spawn your desired cloud type. Doing that will show the clouds when you enter the rockstar editor.
