Another simple A Frame Cabin located on the coast of the El Gordo Lighthouse. It is a single house made for two. Great place for living off the grid from Los Santos.
Includes:
- Cottage bedroom
- Dining Room
- Single Bathroom
- Backyard Coastal Deck
- Bbq / picnic area
- Rooftop for stargazing

@Modojo "Make sure you install custom prop mod in the description. Install the add-on version. That one should work."
To clarify, the addon version does NOT need custom props: every object needed is inside the DLC already. And with the DLC you therefore also don't need to follow any of the retexturing steps. It's fully self-contained. :)

Excellent Mod. Wished some of the bushes around it could be trimmed and some trees nearby for shade.

I'm trying to learn more about map mods, so just for curiosity, what software has been used to create this mod? It's beautiful!
@nickaoke This was all made using menyoo and in-game props. Just had to retexture some props and had a friend (kudos to meimeiriver) convert it into an add-on version.

To make menyoo maps work with FiveM, you need this https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/mapeditor-2-ymap-converter
open openiv, enable edit mode, file, create archive, name it ymap, save it to your desktop, then in ymaps.rpf, again enable edit mode, right click import openFormats, and select the converted menyoo to ymap file. now drag it out of the ymaps.rpf onto your desktop, and now it's an actual ymap that will work with FiveM; you just need to stream it.
That can you can figure out yourselves.
