Description:
Props labeled as PRI_OPTIONAL_LOW won't get loaded by default by the game, this script fixes that.
If you have NaturalVision Enhanced by Razed, you still need to apply this patch to see the additional prop objects in-game.
NaturalVision Evolved used to have the same patch integrated by default for the legacy version, but I've confirmed that it's still not being implemented and is missing for NaturalVision Enhanced.
* To ensure NaturalVision Enhanced loads correctly with the Low Priority Props Patch, delete the modified gameconfig.xml file from the following location:
Main Game Folder\onigiri\common\data\gameconfig.xml
Or replace it with the gameconfig.xml file from Word of Variety Enhanced v1.0.2 by Cass. This is the only gameconfig.xml I know of and have tested that works correctly with the Low Priority Props Patch, but it may work with others as well. Test it yourself.

The script kept appearing and disappearing from gta5-mods.com, so you might have noticed this because it turns out I initially didn't properly implement the automatic fix to prevent the game from crashing due to the "Dummy Object" limit of 20000. Then again, I then discovered a problem with Low_Priority_Props_Patch.asi from, for example, InversePower.asi from IKT not loading simultaneously due to a thread race. And on top of that, I discovered yet again that I was missing a separate thread race fix to freeze other threads while the patch priority was being applied, and then allow others to continue without conflict so they never want to load the same thing simultaneously again. Many thanks to @alloc8or for bringing this to my attention and reminding me of this important issue, and for the help from @Chiheb-Bacha. The script is now available for download again, hopefully with all the necessary fixes added to make it fully functional, so random crashes should no longer occur. It's still version 1.0, so as you can see, I've decided to keep the same original version numbering. Anyone who has an older version and downloaded this will need to redownload this as the latest file to use the fully patched version, and I ask everyone to keep that in mind.

The way it works is the same as in GameplayFixesV by @SuleMareVientu where he applies many AiO fixes and here are my thanks to him, if it wasn't for him this version which I decided to release separately as the same single fix would never have been created ;)
The script appeared and disappeared for a while because it turned out I hadn't initially implemented the automatic fix that prevents the game from crashing. A big thank you to @alloc8or for bringing this to my attention and reminding me of this important issue. The script is now available for download again with the correct automatic fix added, so no more accidental crashes should occur. It's still v1.0, so I decided to keep the version numbering as you can see. Anyone who downloaded it must download it again to use the fixed version, and I ask everyone to remember that.
For some reason the game won't start with it. Probably on my end though. I have way too much crap installed.

I've re-uploaded the v1.0 download file with hopefully all the necessary fixes added so the game loads correctly every time and there are no more freezes. Read the latest pinned comment at the top for details.

im not sure if this feature is still in gameplayfixesv's ini file but that mod got updated 5 hrs ago so if it works in that do i need to download ts too? no hate but obv i dont think adding ts will be needed if it is fixed in gameplayfixv @RemixPL1994

I'll explain the difference:
For those who want just the Low Priority Props patch, download my file and use it.
For those who want multiple All-In-One patches from @SuleMareVientu, use his GameplayFixesV script file :)
He also has other patches that can be enabled or disabled in his .ini.
It depends on which one is better for you, and there's a choice. The Low Priority Props Patch in GameplayFixesV works great. My version is based on his correct method; I just didn't notice initially when compiling the code that I was missing a few important things.
However, remember not to use my Low Priority Props Patch and GameplayFixesV together, as they will try to do the same thing, which will conflict with each other. It's either one or the other :)

Off topic but it's quite strange that they cut native support for HDR10 and Dolby Atmos/DTSX spatial audio for the pc port. it's something I've notice from the console version of enhanced to this!

The reason and problem is that you're using a modified gameconfig.xml file from the following location:
Game Root\onigiri\common\data\gameconfig.xml
Removing gameconfig.xml from there allows NVE to run with Low_Priority_Props_Patch.
I've tried other methods, and this always happens. I don't know why, and there's no solution for me or anyone else currently.

I did additional research into why the gameconfig.xml provided by NaturalVision Enhanced by Razed doesn't work properly with the Low Priority Props Patch.
I haven't been able to determine anything specific beyond what I already knew, which is that deleting gameconfig.xml from Game Root\onigiri\common\data\gameconfig.xml helps.
The only new thing I know is that any current adjuster and increasing the limit values in it doesn't help.
Since I have a legally purchased version of Word of Variety Enhanced v1.0.2 by Cass, I tried replacing the gameconfig.xml with this one and found that the new one modified for Word of Variety in the onigiri folder also works and fully supports the Low Priority Props Patch. So, removing it completely isn't the only possible solution :)
