Make it move when needed.
Requirements:
- Latest ScriptHookV
- Latest Community Script Hook V .NET
- Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2013 x64
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2
- Vehicles that support Wipers (door_hatch_l & door_hatch_r)
Install:
Drag and Drop contents inside 'Install' folder into GTAV Main Directory.
Setting:
Open AnimatedWipers.ini
DEACTIVATEBUTTON = Toggle Enable/Disable (Enable by Default)
MANUALWIPERKEYBOARD = Toggle On/Off on keyboard
MANUALWIPERGAMEPAD = Toggle On/Off On Gamepad

Open ExcludedVehicles.txt
Insert the model name of the vehicle you don't wish to have animated wipers, Each line a model.

- Removed Sound due to Smuggler's Run DLC added sound to Bomb Bay Doors
- Added Combination Keys (Shift + Left Button by default)

- Automatically scans for Player Nearby Vehicles support wipers then close the left wiper.

- Change Manual Wiper Toggle On/Off to key combination due to not enough button on a gamepad
- Boats Vehicle Class is now enable to use wipers too.

- Fixed Sometimes wipers are unable to manually turn off.
- Remove Manually Turn off button (Press the Turn on Button to Turn On and Off).

Here is the 'dlcsmuggler_sounds.dat54.rel.xml' from the last post in that thread, but converted from '.rel.xml' back to '.rel' (drag & drop in OpenIV & use it to replace the original. Make backup first, just in case):

it only supports door_hatch_l & door_hatch_r vehicles, it never supported any of the main character cars.....
