@ClayJay00 No, do not type in Null within the MaxSpawnedEntities, only in the Ped & vehicle model entries.
Nonetheless, I just realize there maybe an even easier way without having to modify current default Ped & Vehicle model entry from ini config. The easier way is actually just to use the mentioned "ArmyTank_MaxSpawnedEntitiesCount" & use a 0 value for it instead, it will have the same effect as not allowing for both peds & vehicles to spawn out. Whenever you do wish to use it again, just return it back to previously set default value.
ArmyTank_MaxSpawnedEntitiesCount=0
@ClayJay00 Yes you could do it, simply write in "Null" for all slots of vehicle & Ped models in the ini config settings under the Army Tank division.
