The goal of the Real | RAGE mod family to enhance the games made by Rockstar Games with RAGE game engine.

Real | RAGE V - 4K Water Overhaul
Real | RAGE V - Vehicles Enhancer
The Enhancer contains ReShade preset + game file tweaks (weather and other graphical adjustments).
INSTALL
There are two OIV installer files, game tweaks and textures.
- If you need the full Real | RAGE experience, install both.
- If you using other texture mods and you only need the game modifications just install the game tweaks installer.
- If you using other graphics mod and you only need the textures mods, just install the textures installer.
IN THE GRAPHICS SETTINGS SET THE MOTION BLUR STRENGHT TO MINIMUM (TURN IT OFF)!
IF YOU ARE USING THE „ORIGINAL MOTION BLUR” OPTIONAL MOD YOU CAN TURN ON THE MOTION BLUR IN THE GRAPHICS SETTINGS IF YOU WANT.

RESHADE REPOSITORY
If there is a newer ReShade version on the official site than you need, you can download the older one you need for this mod from the ReShade repository.

OTHER CHANGES
- Made the mod compatible with the latest game update (1.0.2699.0 | 1.61);
- Updated the installation instructions for the textures due to the changes described in the TEXTURE CHANGES section;
RESHADE CHANGES
- Updated to ReShade 5.4.2;
- Updated the installation manual;
- Completly remade the preset with new FX shaders;
TEXTURE CHANGES
- Moved the water.ytd file from x64a.rpf file to update.rpf, so from now you don’t need to copy x64a.rpf file into the mods folder;
- Updated the BOKEH texture;
- New water CAUSTIC texture;
CHANGES IN THE OPTIONAL MODS
- Made it compatible with the latest game update (1.0.2699.0 | 1.61);

@elsanhoty Yeah, but it works, the game will work.
I'm editing ymt files outside of OpenIV, I have to extract it into xml file format with OpenIV so it will be editable.
So the edited carcols.ymt is an xml file.
I think thats why OpenIV throws an error. It is trying to open it as a ymt file but it's an xml.Do you want to edit it in OpenIV?

@Real_Gabe bro iam sorry for asking too much plz forgive me .. i need to know is the file called (watertune.xml) stand alone by You so i can have both of them watertune_heistisland.xml and watertune.xml .. or replacement for watertune_heistisland.xml ?? i asking bec i don't randomly copy and paste outdoor files and mods i even do manual install to make sure everything okay ,, Sorry for bothering you so frequently

so it looks good, besides night time and shadows inside of cars and stuff, they are like broken or something just, black, and the night shadows/darkness is wierdlie orange or purle depending on the weather
