NPC's react to player held weapon (IV-style feature) 1.0

While messing around with the "shockingevents.ymt" file in OpenIV, I found a unfinished feature called "CEventShockingVisibleWeapon" which I guess could've been NPC's reacting or even fleeing when they see the player wielding a weapon, kind of like in GTA IV.
So I decided to do some tweaks to this file, by changing values and even using a proper voiceline that many NPC's have but never heard called "GUN_COOL" which works perfectly for this!
Also, NPC's will sometimes look at the player when holding a weapon, similar when a nearby car honks at them, a cool bonus!
INSTALLATION: Place the file at: "mods/update/update.rpf/x64/data/tune"
After that, just load in the game!
Just simply walk near a NPC or group of NPC's and pull out any gun (melee weapons doesn't work for this ofc)
If a NPC doesn't react to your weapon, just switch to unarmed and back and it'll work for sure!

I remember that feature, but the NPC's sometimes run or walk away in your tests? or even call the cops?

@William Halverd No, but there are a bunch of values that can be altered to make that happen, I just don't which ones to change for that to work.

@-EcLiPsE- Oh, i like this😊I hope you make an update to "Talk/Respond to NPCs with any character!" mod, cause my settings with the ambientaudio.meta don't working anymore, i means, I can’t give the ability to talk both the NPC's and the player, adding a CIVMALE and CIVFEMALE lines in the ambientaudio.meta doesn't help anymore, and so far I can't figure out what can be done about it.

@-EcLiPsE- Damn, figures, I had actually done this myself in my own game, and it didn't work, still, if you want something along those lines, you can use a mod of mine, called weapon wanted, check it out, I had to script it tho, couldn't do it editing data files.

@-EcLiPsE- Hey I saw you were looking into unused anims a few months back, are there are any left over for cops to arrest peds and maybe some where they lead them to their car or sit them down in their car?
@Matushka Well, there's a mod called "IV Arrest" which does that, any ped that attacks you near a cop will get arrested and put into a squad car.
Only thing, it's hasn't been updated for a bit, so don't expect it to work properly.
I would love for someone to update though.
And to answer your question, no there's no unused anims for that, just the normal surrender and cuffed anims that have been used before.

I have litterally 0 experience in scripting, but I'm down to learn lol.

You know what would be a good idea, same principle as this mod when players react to blood on player (flee\shocked)
