=== About Project Enhancement V ===
"PEV is a collection of modifications to enhance Grand Theft Auto V without the use of scripts with many hours formulating ideas, conducting analytical researches, investigations, and tests, as well as working around the limits through every loophole we can possibly find to push the game's native files to its limits."
=== About Alternative Wanted Music ===
After playing GTAV for a while, the wanted themes in the game began to become stale. Now with a more intense wanted configuration and such, these wanted themes don't seem to live up to the intensity anymore. So I took it upon myself to handpick some of GTAV's tracks, and remix the stems of both vanilla and new tracks added in to bring more intensity, and to make the newly added themes to give off that "wanted by the police" vibe.
=== Information ===
If you want a custom soundtrack yourself, choose a game soundtrack to choose from inside the x64 audio files. Then export it to open formats. Next, choose the soundtrack you want to replace and export to open formats. Replace the .wavs inside the soundtrack you want to replace with the soundtrack you want. After that, rename the added soundtrack to the replaced soundtracks name. for example.
"TD_DARK_ROBBERY_1_LEFT" to "WDY_TRACK_8_1_LEFT"
Keep the .oac unedited outside of the replaced soundtracks folder. then export it back to .awc.
=== Features ===
- Replaced some soundtracks with alternative variants from other missions or dlcs.
- Remixed stems of the soundtracks to either give off a more "wanted by the police' vibe or for more intensity.
=== Installation ===
1.) Run, and install the .OIV package provided in the winrar file.
2.) Go and play.

Nicely done!
Nice mod :) but instead of replacing other themes I would add them to the countryside to play, city has 8 themes and all of them are really nice. countryside 5 themes, I would add only the Minor Turbulence theme and tracks 4 and 7 from heists
for example, removing "td_dark_robbery" is a no for me.
@lendy_ Understandable, soundtracks in-game is all about personal taste really in what you are looking for. The problem is though you cant add soundtracks, you either replace it or you don't.
If you want a custom soundtrack yourself, choose a game soundtrack to choose from inside the x64 audio files. Then export it to open formats. @Jayden585 👍
How Do You Make The OST Change Layers? Like When You're In A 5 star cool-down, the music gets quiet.
@bob99099009 This is a late ass comment, but usually tracks 2 and 3 are responsible for cool down. Though, track 2 is the track thats ALWAYS playing throughout the entire song, so be careful what you put for that track.
What about soundtracks from Hong Kong Massacre?,just an Idea.
@SwagSeSwagat I'm prob not planning to do any other music outside of GTA V. Besides, it has to have eight separate tracks for it that split up the instruments for it to work properly.
Alright Jayden,no probs here too!U've already made a great mod I am thankful!
Hey I'm not sure what's going wrong on my end, but I still have the bury the hatchet theme playing during the wanted levels in the city, is that supposed to happen? I have RDE installed if it means anything.
@BlueViolet19 Thats the theme that orginally plays in the city anyways, so I kept it in the city since it fits micheal pretty well.
Oh alright, nice mod.
@Jayden585 What about chase music from Most Wanted or Just Cause 2 and RF: Guerilla (mission evade theme)? Still great mod
@Scooby271 GtaV soundtrack is very dynamic. Meaning its music changes overtime whether the player is evading the police, or is on a rampage at 5 stars. This requires 8 tracks of sounds to produce such dynamic music. So any music outside of GTA V would be hard to convert to, unless the music found has 6-8 tracks of sound.
@Jayden585 Ok got it. Thanks for reply.
I installed the mod according to the correct path, but it was still the original wanted music when I entered the game. I don't know why
@211ZZX Are you using a mods folder? Make sure you have copied x64/audio/interactivemusic.rpf into the mods folder for it to run. Make sure you also have OpenIV.asi Installed so the mods folder will load.
I did everything as described. but the old songs come anyway > _> why.
I want to try modding the pursuit music myself, but i'm not sure which files are the pursuit themes. Which ones am i looking for?
