Aerobic Pose Pack Volume I is, as said a pose pack. It contains 9 poses.
Installation :
First I would suggest you to download customanims by _Jennie_ here https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/custom-animations-add-on-customanims
Once downloaded and properly installed place all YCD files into clip_amb@.rpf following the step.
Last step to add the pose to your Menyoo, get into your favoriteanims.xml and paste those lines (also included in the READ ME)

i'm pretty sure i found a similar pose pack mod just like this back in the day... is this the re-uploaded one ? Or there is something new in this new version?
