Diamond Casino Neon Palms 2.0

One thing that the old casino had before rockstar updated it, was few palms with lights wrapped around them and i was quite dissapointed rockstar didn't do much with it, fear no more!
Installation:
1.place mpdiamondcasino folder to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
2.add dlcpacks:/mpdiamondcasino/ entry to dlclist.meta located in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
3.OPTIONAL add the .cs script to your scripts folder, the script will make the lights dissapear at daytime and appear at night time, you can tweak some stuff inside as its fully open
Changelog:
2.0 - More intensive neons, updated script to enable the neons in rainy or overcast weather (no matter the time)
1.0 - Main Release
Notes:
1.The model currently has no LOD, it uses itself as LOD for reflections etc to work, there's no performance drop though, atleast not for me
2.it only works on MP Map, if you want it on SP Map to use with eg: SP Diamond Casino mod, then edit GROUP_MAP to GROUP_MAP_SP in setup2.xml inside the dlc.rpf
3.The mod includes a bonus - palms near Mile High Club.

@Apsens I'm pretty sure dropping some files into the mods folder and adding them to the dlclist.xml is pretty easy. Mod just doesn't work.
@LeakyLine in the description it says: it only works on MP Map, if you want it on SP Map to use with eg: SP Diamond Casino mod, then edit GROUP_MAP to GROUP_MAP_SP in setup2.xml inside the dlc.rpf. After doing this it worked for me so im not sure what's up with your game then.
@LeakyLine Also it doesn't work with NVE or LA REVO 2.0 since those edit the casino as well.
@Apsens That explains it. I have NVE.
@LeakyLine yeah same i just noticed on the latest NVE update too, it made the whole casino go back to normal. If you want it to work with NVE you'll have to use all the files from this mod and directly replace the NVE ones using OpenIV. Glad i was able to help <3

It looks really good, nice work! If it can help, I'm using NBvisual vegetation with REVO2.0, for that I desactivated the vegetation from Revo folder to don't conflict with NBvisual vege, and then the lights for the casino are working well.
