Installation:
Simply replace my model with the one in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpchristmas2017\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\weapons.rpf
Done!

To remove the gold tint simply edit the tint values in the weapons_doubleaction.meta at
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpchristmas2017\dlc.rpf\common\data\ai
and
mods\update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\mpchristmas2017\common\data\ai
and where you see
TINT_DOUBLEACTION
replace it with
TINT_Default

This is my first mod so let me know in case there are any issues and I'll get them fixed. You're allowed to use my model however you prefer and upload it on 5mods but please make sure to credit me.

for some reason when i change the tint values i get the gun in two slots but they're still the same weapon. it works and all, just wondering if there's a reason for that happening
Do you have any plans (or know how) to turn this into a FiveM resource? Attempts that I've made convert the revolver's model but not its textures, and my attempt at making a .meta file to overwrite the default tint were unsuccessful.

@Destrick The process is the exact same as the revolver's. All you need to do is find the .meta file assigned to the _luxe variants and inside replace the TINT_GOLD entry with TINT_DEFAULT
Any chance of a 2" snub nosed version/detective special? I'm looking for an M36, but I'm dubious we'd ever actually see it for the game.
