Only the "input8.dll" file block the online game but this file is not from rockstar...
The Massage on the Screen is not from Rockstar too.
You can Play with mods in Public Sessions no Problems.
If you use Scriuptmods you are in a solo session BUT is allow.
Only Gold Hack, RP Hack, Wallhack, Aimbot, ESP, Godmode ect = Ban
If you want to Play online with mods:
1. Delete "input8.dll"
2. Download:

the Grenade thingy (that grenade launcher fires) is not inside the gun as it should be
Low poly version is m4 with m203
Hand doesn't hold the Launcher right
Scope is way too glitchy in FP

there is one error you can easely see it foor yourself the hi.ydr is false it is a m16 rifle with granade launcher when click on the normaal .ydr its this weapon fix that

I know the Creator really tried on this but there is a lot wrong. The biggest is the grenade floats outside of the tube.
