INSTALLATION
You need OpenIV
Run OpenIV and go into editmode
-Go into INSTALL inside the mod folder
-Go into REQUIRED
-Choose New Weapon names
-Drag and drop global.oxt into \update\update.rpf\x64\data\lang\american_rel.rpf
Then Go into Refined Weapons and Gameplay
-Manual install
-update.rpf
-Drag and drop common and dlc_patch into update\update.rpf
After that close archive and exit OpenIV
Play GTA V
OR
use the OpenIV package installer
-Install 1,2,2.5,3 in that order!

@Penguin_09 Right now I am trying to figure out how to modify the new gun running weapons without having the install for it being confusing since it has a different way to install compared to the others. I am going to try to finish by the end of the month since I still need to make up names and add any finishing touches to the new weapons.
no worries I figured it out. Simply change the Gusenberg's weapon animation meta at line 66 so in weaponclipsethash looks like this:

game opens up . guns have no attachments . bullets don.t kill anyone .. shotguns shoot one bullet and no longer fire . pistols don't reload . stun gun doesnot fire . grenades cannot be thrown , they just drop where im standing . overall , if you wanna make your gta game files unstable , install this mod . i dont even know how to uninstall it

@Online_MACKMIN find the weapons.meta file in update.rpf, use the search bar, right click and press edit, search for heavy pistol, scroll down to clip size and change it.

this mod is really really bad when i get 4 stars and the fbi (fib) cars start to come the fbi2 models it drive by it self and when i wan't to get into the car the game crash.

@engelred is it his job to make your backups? just replace the mod files with the originals, but you probably didnt make any backups you fuckin retard
