i dont have the vehicles.rpf file update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday1ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
installed this mod got fcked up the whole client... restored 8gb of data = lost all mods thanks dude...
Don't rate his model low because you messed up your own game. Its not his fault at all.

@Leif you dont need to have them in vehicles rpf once you entered vehicles rpf you click on edit mode right click add and add these files

Anyway, the blista reminds me of kinda Volkswagen Fox or Fiat Punto. But a Scirocco it's good too.
Strange I've tried many times to replace the vehicle but nothing changes in the game and I've this problem only for this vehicle FUCK!!!
