Top Speed is 150-160 kph
You only need OpenIV to install this :D
How to install :
- Open OpenIV
- Go to GTA V / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data
- Right click on "handling.meta" and choose "Edit"
- Use "Search" and type "GRANGER" for or
"FBI2" for the Sheriff or FBI Granger or
"LGUARD" for the lifeguard Granger
"PRANGER" for the Police Ranger Granger
- Select all from
GRANGER
...
to
And copy paste what's in the file "Granger Offroad"
