Thanks for making this mod, the cars feel fantastic. The only dislike I have is the pearlescent paint on the police car. Which file can I edit to make this change back to flat black?

Is there some way to disable bullets penetrating vehicles? I love everything about this except bullets' ability to go through armored vehicles like paper mache.

If you could make a timelapse video demonstrating the traffic changes, that would be pretty sweet.

Why is this on the front page?

The low file size makes the model a lot more attractive than other police cars with file sizes that are close to or past double digits. Thank you so much for another great car!

We all know that the umbrella bug occurs with NVR, but does anyone know why? I have to assume it's because NVR "wets" the roads for better reflections, so the game thinks there's rain and thus the AI bring out their umbrellas.

I want to update to the newest version, but have Extended Vanilla Works. If I update WoV I'll have to reinstall VW, right?
