will ballas spawn anywhere else cause i got in and noticed ballas werent spawning anywhere even in other territorries

please fix most of the bugs, specifically cars flying on air, textures, barriers dissapearing and trees and stuff going throgh the bridge

the mod is awsome but i installed the oiv and when i do the space key to dodge he put his hands back down, amazing mod though ive been looking for osmething like this
