someone know why game crash in mp wardrobe when i am choosing the clothes pants, shoe, or top sponer dont work

my game is crashing when i am in wardrobe and im chossing the number like in pants when i am going at some time its crushing its on upper lower shoe but not only on hair, how can i fix it ? and the sponer dont work, still crashing
