There is a lot of clothes on this website, remember when you had all the cool clothing mods installed, but then another one pops up and you don't have any spare slot left to replace the clothing item?
This is exactly what you were looking for! Replacing is no more, this mod adds around 200 extra components (sometimes i did the math wrong, don't blame me, but it's way more than you need :D) with 26 texture slots each and clothing physics flag enabled (You can use .yld files) to every single clothing slot as DLC, exactly how rockstar does it with every update for GTA Online.
This means the slots are added AFTER all existing DLC Clothing, it doesn't move any slots as it should be.
PROPS (GLASSES AND HATS) CURRENTLY ARE ONLY DOUBLED FROM STOCK YMT COUNTERPARTS, MORE MIGHT COME IN LATER VERSIONS
To add glasses and hats, make a folder mp_m_freemode_01_p_mp_m_clothes_01 or mp_f_freemode_01_p_mp_f_clothes_01 and paste the files there.
SP VERSION COMING SOON
Character slot example:
-Ofcourse you can go higher with numbers since there's a lot of new slots added
head_000_r head_diff_000_a_whi (Extra note, all heads have one texture slot, i didn't feel it was necessary to add more, this might always change if i get enough requests)
berd_000_u berd_diff_000_a_uni
hair_000_u hair_diff_000_a_uni
uppr_000_r uppr_diff_000_a_whi
lowr_000_r lowr_diff_000_a_whi
hand_000_u hand_diff_000_a_uni
feet_000_u feet_diff_000_a_uni
teef_000_u teef_diff_000_a_uni
accs_000_u accs_diff_000_a_uni
task_000_u task_diff_000_a_uni
decl_000_u decl_diff_000_a_uni
jbib_000_u jbib_diff_000_a_uni
Current Issues:
-Heist Bags don't work, because of the way they're set up
Explanation: Heist bags have to be set up manually for every single clothing item with pedalternatevariations.meta, they have around 100 variations to fit for every single clothing item, and you need to manually specify the clothing slot and id, the bag slot and id and so on.
-Masks don't hide hair
Explanation: Similiar to above, maybe it's solveable with another way but i haven't tried anything yet, besides y'all got 200 slots so it can be filled with those variations, heh
I wouldn't suggest using this DLC in your own mods, it should be linked in description, unless you change the dlc name and such, inside the .ymt and .meta files.
Installation:
1.Paste mpclothes folder to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2.Open dlclist.meta in mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
3.Add dlcpacks:/mpclothes/ entry
4.Add your clothing models to the folders, following the same naming conventions as in the example.

@kysolace I take full responsibility, though honestly it's hard to explain properly how to use this mod and people will always find their own issues, I also never planned to release this mod, hence why there's minimal support now and I also don't want to bother with most of the issues, since a lot of reported problems are very basic to solve while others are not even part of the mod and I have a lot of other things to deal with myself
No doubt that the description could be better though, it's quite rushed and has problems by itself, but no matter what there will always be people having issues with the mod, I keep saying I want to update all these older mods one day but I don't always have motivation and since I'm also working on my own personal projects, they have the priority
Hopefully one day I can properly update this mod and make a better description
@HeySlickThatsMe all good bro
@HeySlickThatsMe For me the mpclothes doesn't affeact my game at all! People always rush to get the mod to work without reading everything inside of the famous Read-me
@LadyXenovia i installed the mod i put mp clothes in but cant see them in game or cant find
@LadyXenovia and 0_slots.txt do i change it?
@Stijn1990 did you add mpclothes to the dlclist.xml? make sure you are using a Trainer (like Menyoo, Rampage, ENT, Simple Trainer, etc. Even some "non-trainers" such as EUP Menu, Skin Control and Character Creation Script works if you have them). The clothing that you added would appear after the last DLC item. (so for now Los Santos Drug War update) the "0_slots.txt" shows you what format you would want to name and number the files as, starting from "000" then "001" then "002" etc. (i tend to renumber them so they show up in slots next to each other)
sorry for the revisions
yes but i try again thx for now
I dont know what im doing wrong because I am trying to place my modded clothes into the folder inside the mp_freemode where it says to place the .ydd things into (the part of the file that has the lousy shirt already inside) but every time i try and drag and drop those .ydd files into this folder, it consistently shows the red circle with the line going through it. I am in edit mode, and I have added the mpclothes line into the dlclist.xml
another issue im having, this is more general one, for some clothes mods i have installed, i tried following the instructions like where it tells me to go to place the clothing into so for example, when it tells me to go to x64v.rpf then a certain folder and stuff in there, when im in there and followed the instructions i try dragging and dropping the clothes i have installed into the specified folder but the red circle with the line going through it shows up, so is there a reason for the symbol showing up and are these two issues connected? really sorry for the long post im just hoping to get things working and i havent found the solution yet on the internet
@HeySlickThatsMe too bad the mod doesnt work with menyoo together.. :(
@Gta5KoRn I have no issues with menyoo apart from when you are playing as an mp character and load another as outfit, this causes a game crash but can be avoided by spawning mp char as ped, applying the outfit and becoming the spawned character
@HeySlickThatsMe yeah, i tried to use with mp ped. that work around is not an option for me. need to apply the outfits to my menyoo spooner files
For everyone having trouble:
1. When you install MPC, all it does is 'add extra slots' to the MP M/F clothes slots. These slots come 'after' the last official dlc you updated. These slots 'start at zero (000)' and 'end at different numbers (example: jbib's have over 500.)
2. There are slots for clothes, accessories, necklaces/scarfs/etc., torsos, legs, shoes and everything else that can go on the body. The amount of slots for each as mentioned before varies. Hats, glasses, watches and bangles go into a different folder marked with a (p). They have a much smaller number of slots.
3. Each clothing/hat/glasses/jewelry slot has at least 25 texture slots that go with it (diff). You can change or add colors and textures to these slots.
4. For some, there is a major bug that causes issues with 'r' based clothes (uppr, lowr, feet.) The 'r's' usually have 'skin' showing. You can see in the file name (example: lowr_000_r.ydd and lowr_diff_000_a_whi.ytd) and know they have skin showing. 'uppr's' almost alway have skin showing and can be 'r' or 'u' versions. If you have the 'bug', anything with skin showing in uppr's and lowr's will have texture issues. For whatever reason 'Slick' has determined the main issue comes from 'poor texture embedding' on the clothing mod maker's end. This is probably valid as some people have no problems at all and even when you have the 'bug', some clothing mods load in no prob while most others don't.
5. If you have the bug, as I said 'textures won't always load properly for lowr's and upprs'. Everything else should be fine as I and no one so far has mentioned any issues except for the legs and torsos. So, with the bug one of two things will happen when you try to load them on your character; they won't load and if they do the texture will be off. Lowr's will have a 'meat' looking texture (it's actually loading the uppr texture.) Uppr's won't load or they'll have the default object texture that can be 'purple or yellow checkerboard' (sometimes white or yellow.) If they do load a texture, depending on who made it, it could load in the 'head' texture (mad creepy!)
6. To 'fix' the bug (not permanently) YOU MUST USE MENYOO. Use menyoo to scroll back or forward to an uppr (usually a vanilla version) to get the 'proper skin texture' to load in. To change to the skin tone you want (only Menyoo will let you do this), go into the 'wardrobe menu' and select 'facial and skin tone' menu. Change the 'father/mother' skin tone to whatever you want and that will match up your torso with your character's head. You have to do the same steps with 'nude lowr's' (sorry, most lowr clothes won't work if you have the bug.)
7. Shoes come in both 'r' and 'u'. 'R' shoes have skin showing and CANNOT BE USED IN MPC!!!! I repeat 'R' shoes cannot be used in MPC. Don't bother trying. Now 'u' version shoes can be with one issue. 'Heels' go flat because Slick couldn't figure out how to make it work. HOWEVER...there's a 'glitch' that will allow 'U' version heels to work in MPC. It's a PIA, but it works. BEFORE placing said shoes on your character, PUT ON HATS, EARRINGS, BANGLES, WATCHES AND GLASSES FIRST! If you don't, you'll cancel out the glitch and have to start over. AFTER you've done the previous, scroll all the way FORWARD in the shoe menu until you reach the first VANILLA SHOE SLOT. This is a pair of heels and the spacing that allows heels to work will stay WHEN YOU SCROLL BACKWARDS TO THE HEELS YOU PUT IN MPC. Doing this will make the heels work, though they won't touch the ground properly over most surfaces. It won't look bad, but most times you won't hear footsteps or see prints. If for whatever reason you have to change/replace any of the previously listed accessories, THE GLITCH WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU'LL HAVE TO START OVER.
8. Lastly, MPC causes a glitch with Menyoo that causes a game crash when you try to change outfits. There is a 'fix' as this only occurs when you change the main character skin (FMT) to an MP Freemode M/P. The 'workaround' is to spawn an MP freemode ped, use spooner to put on the outfit/skin you want and then 'soul steal' (switch places) from the main character you spawned in as. Now, you can change outfits around 5x or more without causing a crash (the longer you play, the more risk changing will be.)
Everytime I add some clothes to the file of this mod and then try to change skin/outfit to MP Female with Menyoo's trainer, I get a message that Menyoo.asi has stopped working and the game keeps running, but I get a generic skin with a mask and the trainer won't work for that game session.
What could be the issue?
does this mpclothes need text in the dlc list???
@iammistahwolf When I was modding MP Clothes (converting some of the mods here for the main player characters to multiplayer freemode), R and U versions of the ydd would be incredibly buggy. took forever to figure out what you mentioned.
As far as the Menyoo crash when selecting MP outfits/applying them, I generally use the same method because I tend to stick to the same outfit. But this is the valid work around.
@Fenrir1974 read through my 'Fix List' above your post.
Does anybody know how to use this to install this? https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/mp-female-new-full-body-mod-with-breast-physics
I must be dumb or something, I've been trying for like 3 hours and just cannot make it work.
@iammistahwolf Thanks.
So, if I use this mod, I will AWAYS have to use the spooner workaround to change Freemode Female outfit's using Menyoo?
@Fenrir1974 No, you can use ST and ENT (those I also use.) But Menyoo is the only one that shows the 'zero' and 'negative' slots when you scroll through. You need those to be able to make use of the fixes I mentioned. Get the latest version from Maffin's github page. Lately, it allows you to change outfits w/o having to use a 'soul-stolen' ped. I've only done one change, so I don't know how many you can do until a crash if any. The 'stolen' ped still lets you change at least 5x maybe more now for sure.
