@Slothigator ScriptHookVDotNet.asi, ScriptHookVDotNet2.dll, ScriptHookVDotNet3.dll if in your GTA V root (where they should be) delete and use the latest version from the nightly. These should NOT be in scripts folder but GTA V root. Persistence3.dll, and ini as well as Newtonsoft.Json.dll should all be in scripts. If that still isn't working for you, message me on discord and I'll help you troubleshoot.

@BurgessGaming You can set the stream distance in the INI and yes, they despawn to save resources and then respawn when back in range.
