They stand there and just glitch a lot still... they are fighting back a little bit though! They will shoot but still pretty glitched...
Just did that... fight back a little but it still happens where they just stand around glitching a lot. Just taking there gun out and back in. And they don't always shoot... They just stand there till you knock them down then MAYBE they will shoot. I restarted the game.

@R3QQ When Cops try to arrest me or even shoot, they just stand there glitching pulling out there gun and putting it away. I have enabled the right things so why?
