You guys are going to be happy
I just discovered a way to make this mod work.
Follow the steps
1: Download Scripts Installer on this website
2: Download the tornado script 1.1
3: When downloaded Script Installer go to setting and find your gta v main folder
4: Once you have done that, you should see a pinkish color saying scripts on your bottom right of the program, click that button.
5: Once you clicked that button you just want to find the tornado's 2 files and once done that go to Installer on the program and select the scripts that you want to be installed (All of them).
6: All you want to do is install and that box above the scripts button should say complete.
7: Launch the game corrently.
8: Once in game click F6
9: You should see it say Tornado Spawned on the bottom left corner of the game
10: ENJOY!!!!
Can't belived that this works! :)
Mind the lag of the tornado Lol.

@CamxxCore I installed this mod and nothing works these are the steps it did
1: Made a ~Scripts~ Folder In Gta 5 Main Directory
2: Downloaded ScriptHook V .NET- ScriptHook V - c++ and etc
3: Started the game
4: When I got in game I was in Franklens old house and I went out side then I clicked F6
5: Then nothing worked :( I had high hopes on this game! :(

Please comment with some advise. Great mod keep up the great work!
