@Elzimbabwe this is almost certainly out of my hands. You can see that thread has remained active with references as new as 5 days ago. As it stands the issue is direct incompatibility with ScriptHookVDotNet. I’ll continue to investigate possible solutions to work around the issues with the .NET scripthook implementation.
It seems this is a known issue affecting .NET ScriptHook with certain mods. Until a fix is implemented with the .NET scripthook (or someone more familiar with this problem investigates and proposes a solution) - I cannot promise a readily solution will be available. I'll continue to research a way to work around this from my end but sadly I don't have the same availability that I used to have.

Hi Guys... I regret to say that I haven't been able to identify the cause of the crashes yet, as they don't occur in my environment or with others I've asked to test. the common factor seems to be users with ScriptHookVDotNet. So - we need to determine which .NET mods are causing the issue (or if it's ScriptHookDotNet itself). I ask users to please provide a list of all mods you're using (both ASI and .NET DLLs). Please include the version(s) of ScriptHookDotNet you are using. Seems they now offer nightly builds in addition to a legacy build (and both a SHVDN2 and 3 version), which function very differently. Admittedly was a bit confusing coming back after 5 years 🥹
Hmmm. After analyzing the latest build a bit more I see they started running an obfuscation pass over a lot of the code related to the camera. Could be a more of a task to update than I anticipated if there are other anti- tamper mechanisms in place
I verified the changes I made today are correct to support the new build. I also thoroughly tested with no crashes for 30- minutes, extensively testing all features...
Can any still experiencing an issue also upload your CameraPresets.xml file for me? Thanks.
Update is up guys. Seems some offsets shifted related to the first person in- vehicle camera which was likely the cause of the crashes.
Additionally- I added an exception handling framework into this build which will output a file called exception.log in the ASI folder if the game crashes. So if you still have issues with the new build (or if in the future this breaks again) open a PR on GitHub with the contents of that file (link to GitHub repo is in description). Will help me or others deploy a quicker fix.
Sadly no Enhanced support with this update but I'll consider the possibility of it when I have a bit more time :) Enjoy
It will take a few days before I can properly analyze what is broken. Update soon :)
@ikt Nice to see u <3
This mod is roughly 10 years old, in that time I've eroded a lot of the knowledge I have around scripting in this game. I'll do my best to see if I can get it working again :)
@ReNNie Nice to see you. Life threw me some curveballs so my ability to keep supporting everything isn't as it was. Now that I see the comments here I will do my best to update a few mods.
@William Halverd I love this community and will always try to support my mods if there is a demand. But yes I grew up, life got far more complicated and busy.
