@Stijn1990 no I do not. Maybe someone knows how to fix the npc headlights being visible under the bridge

@Stijn1990
1)the light stuff under the bridge is caused because the game does not support dynamic headlight shadows for npc's. In vanilla game only the player character can and does use dynamic shadows (if you're using ultra settings on legacy version). For example: you drive a car at night and headlight shadows from you're car will be visible on npc's, objects, cars etc. However, npc's in vanilla game do not use or have this option. This mod - fixes this to some degree but It's not perfect aka those lights under the bridge.
2) This glow around the buildings is a natural phenomena aka it does happen in real life and It's called: light pollution. Some people dislike this effect and you can find mods that disable it. But in my opinion - the game looks super flat without it. Light pollution adds volume, density to the scene. Maybe, this effect is too intense to some but I think rockstar made this on purpose. Try driving to sandy shores and look at it from from the direction of the airfield, around 22:00/23:00 and you'll see light pullution at full swing.

@Foxy_Oxy It's cool man, rest up, recover. Health is nr1 !!!
Thanks for the info regarding that xml file edit.

Also, this is probably not like AT ALL related to weather files and mods of this kind but I'd like to know something that's in settings.xml.
Anyway, there's these lines: "<PedLodBias value="0.200000" /> <VehicleLodBias value="0.000000" />".
Are these lines and larger numbers for example 1.000000 instead of 0.500000 impact the game in any major way?

The droplets that form on the surface. The little splash effect is not visible. Had to revert to original files/file that came with "Visual vanilla" graphics mod

@InfiniteQuestion couple of questions regarding general use of gameconfig and some other files.

Does the archive count in gameconfig MUST BE THE SAME as in packfile limit adjuster or that other file tool/mod: where the archive count in INI file is mentioned?

Random crash happens sometimes without any errors to desktop (I'm using RDE but before I used Skysder's traffic mod and it crashed way more often) Should I use gameconfig in RDE mod that's provided by the mod or should I use yours?

And finally, in settings.xml file are lines like: ped/vehicle lod and numbers are like 0.25000 and so on. Does changing those numbers to 1.00000 for example do anything? If so is this stuff related to gameconfig usage /stabillity in some way?

Finally, according to skysder (who made traffic mod that I've mentioned) in the same settings.xml there's another two lines: ped/vehicle variety and you can change those two lines with crazy numbers and the game's fine. For example the original, max game variety number is 1.0 but Skysder said you can go with 10.0. The game warns that vram usage is high but It's fine... So is it safe to change those numbers and do they affect - in some way - gameconfig file ?

Sorry for such long questions but I've failed to find any information on thse things. Thank you

Question, what line/code/number controls headlight beam/corona texture size? And is this line in carcols file or visualsettings.dat file?

@Skysder Question, after this mod was recently updated multiple times (due to taxis and trucks spawning everywhere and for similar reasons) - now the mod works perfectly but here's what I've noticed.
In the dlclist.xml file there were multiple
dlcpacks:/setelegen/
lines (like 4 or 5). These showed up after installing updated versions of this mod.
My question: does having multiple
dlcpacks:/setelegen/
lines in the dlclist.xml impact the game in any way? Or are they just overwritten and the game just uses one? In any case I've deleted all those lines and just left 1 (like how it should be? Right?) \

Would this work with Skysder's traffic mod? Or would these conflict with one another?
