This mod aims to improves upon the EMP Launcher without the need for a mods folder
with this script the EMP Launcher becomes better
its projectiles will go further and its projectiles wont bounce of walls
Install
Drop EMPLauncherRework.dll in scripts folder, if you dont have a scripts folder create one called scripts
install Scripthookv into game directory folder
install Scripthookvdotnet into game directory folder

Yeah... I think weapons edit are better done modifying the actual files and not via script. The other EMP rework posted some time ago is much superior and all that guy do was change a few flags in the xml file.
