Here are some retextures for the vanilla GTA eye colors. This mod replaces all of the weird color options but keeps the natural colors. Since I worked with the vanilla textures the quality and look will be the same.
I provided a backup file as well.

1.1: Was not happy with most of the colors, so I changed them. This version is not enhanced. Left one more vanilla texture so there are 24 new ones.
1.0: I enhanced the vanilla eye textures slightly and added 25 new textures.

Installation:
Drag and drop the ytd file here: \x64w\dlcpacks.rpf\mpbusiness\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpbusiness_ped_mp_overlay_txds.rpf

For FiveM, you would make a folder, call it eyes or something, empty __resource.lua and a stream folder, mp_eye_colour.ytd, bam, works simple as that 😛

IDK about make-up and it won't work unless you have Patreon subscription with FiveM. Google and YouTube.
This looks great! Looks a lot better than the original! If you could make some more makeup that would be great to, as model editors like me use this stuff all the time for overlays!
