Mikhail Faustin was born and raised in the Soviet Union. He met a man named Dimitri Rascalov while serving in the military during the Cold War in 1987, and they were later cellmates in a Siberian prison camp. Both he and Dimitri have tattoos on the palms of their hand which represent that they are "brothers for life" (many initiated members of his organization have the same tattoo later on in time.) It is apparent that Mikhail protected Dimitri from being raped in prison (which he will sometimes remind Dimitri of in order to force him into following orders.) In 1988, when Mikhail was twenty-five, his future wife Ilyena gave birth to their daughter Anna - Ilyena was only eighteen years old at the time of their baby's birth. Ilyena reminisces that Mikhail was "beautiful" at this time, before he became possessed by anger. Dimitri also talks of Mikhail in a more positive tongue. When the Cold War ended in 1991; both Mikhail and Dimitri began selling hashish to tourists in Red Square, Moscow. Both men had multiple murder convictions by this time.
Mikhail "exploited a loophole in the immigration treaty to gain US residency in the late 90s" - relocating to Hove Beach in Liberty City with Dimitri, Ilyena, and Anna. Men who had worked for Faustin in Russia had travelled to Liberty City too. He quickly established a foothold for his organization in Hove Beach, and he was eventually arrested in 1998 for extortion. His enterprise was made up of several investments - the Perestroika cabaret, protection rackets, cocaine distribution, pornography, and stolen goods (which he was arrested for in 2002). His life of crime provided him with a lavish lifestyle, consisting of a large home in Beachgate, and two luxury cars (a Turismo and a custom black Schafter.) Mikhail was able to offer his daughter a privileged lifestyle, and claims to have spoiled her as she grew up.
He began to frequently abuse cocaine and alcohol - likely since 2005. Ilyena and Dimitri grew accustomed to Mikhail's disturbing new personality by 2008, which was probably caused by his drug habits. Mikhail became abusive and unfaithful towards his wife, as well as stern towards Anna. He is very stubborn and refuses to take advice from his peers, particularly Dimitri.
Examples of his violent streak include the murders of Andrei (a member of the organization in which Dimitri favored), Jason Michaels (a member of The Lost MC who was dating Mikhail's daughter) and Lenny Petrovic, the son of another Russian crime lord, Kenny Petrovic.
While Dimitri and Ilyena have both said Mikhail was once a well-mannered person despite having a temper, he gradually developed a very short and volatile temper, possibly exacerbated by his alcohol and cocaine abuse. This resulted in him becoming extremely violent and making drastic decisions, such as casually ordering Niko to murder his enemies on the spur of the moment. These decisions would eventually be his downfall and lead Dimitri, his closest friend and ally, to order his execution.

I actually find it sad how Mr. Faustin's story turned out. Yes, he was high on coke and pretty much got himself killed as a result of his aggressive/mentally unstable outbursts he showed to Niko and Dimitri. It was his wife Ilyena who I felt the most sadness towards. The moment she was sharing her and Faustin's past with Niko in one of the missions really made you the player feel for their situation. It just made you want to give her a hug and tell her it would be ok. His death most likely crushed Ilyena's already beaten heart. Her daughter was already traumatized from her father's strict rules and now most likely she has to grieve with her mother alone at the mansion he left behind. Either for her father's death or her boyfriend Jason's death. The story is just amazing to me in regard to how Rockstar made this feel like I was watching a dramatic movie.
This model conversion is one of many story characters to come as I wish to port more from the world of GTA IV. Whether they be alive or dead characters, I just want to have the possibility of seeing them live in Los Santos for a change!

Sometimes the clothing vertices can protrude out a bit. Mostly when holding an assault rifle. I am getting better at fixing stuff like this; however, it is not perfected yet.
Blood UV effects can be a bit weird, but I am still learning about this system in 3ds Max. If anyone has any tips or tricks to fix, then please let me know in the comment section!

Although, I think it would do best if I add them alongside the Russian Mafia when I do them, as they are mainly just goons instead of big story characters like Vlad and stuff. @Odenkisska Thank you, and yes, I most likely will. I plan to bring all the bikers from GTA IV into GTA V someday. I will most likely add the biker story characters when I work on the biker gangs. However, right now I am working on the police overhaul and some Russian story characters first then I can move onto other things! It does seem that a mod creator by the name of Speedstar is making biker story characters right now though. If you wanna message them, they might be able to make the characters sooner than me.

@Odenkisska Yeah for sure, I will make that member of the angels of death when I start bringing them into GTA V! I plan to add as many of their voice lines too from that game as well, so it should be awesome when I make them in the future. Just follow my uploads on this page nest to my profile name, and one day they will be added giving you a notification! I can't give an approximate date though as I still got to complete the Triads, The Russians and finish the law enforcement peds before I can get around to the bikers or anything. But the future can come faster than you think sometimes. It just depends on my career in the military and college classes as to when I can make these things into a reality for you all! I've been trying to manage my time better to make the things I wanna make for you guys, as I got a lot of ideas!

This is just a hobby making mods for me, so I just want to share my creations and edits with everyone! And no problem, I promise to make the bikers the best I can when I work on them. Similar to how my Italians turned out. Adding my own flare to their outfits and variations while keeping the older GTA IV feel. It just takes me a while to make things the way I want them to be before uploading them you know.

@armanvmp Thats a cool character, only I mainly do GTA IV conversions for GTA V. As I don't really have the time to make any characters from other games at the moment. In the future when I am done with college, I can have more time to take requests for models and stuff. Sorry I cannot really help in converting him, but feel free to ask other model creators as I know someone out there is bound to do it!
