This is my first version of the franklin's US MP uniform. You will have tow kinds of jackets one with the belt and the other one without belt, for the out of service times.
Update: I want to change some things in the belt maybe put it more hight and add somes things on like an ammo pouch and an holster
Installation: Grand Theft Auto V \mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one

Just as a heads up, Max Payne 3 contains the physical armband (I have no idea what that style is called) model.
