Due to the negativity in the comments of my last mod I decided to remake my Filthy Frank mod. Installation instructions are in the readme.txt file. This is the first version of the mod, I just need to figure out how to give frank glasses and possibly the flight cap he wears in some of the videos.

This is pretty good. All I'd say is Frank (both real and fake's) glasses, and maybe find a fully buttoned up shirt.
