Skynet is a graphical modification alongside an ongoing roads overhaul mod using
Parallax mapping with the original roads textures which have been upscaled and darkened.
My aim is to rework the entire City and from there work my way up towards the countryside.
What's Included?
Street lights now have some new colours and brightness. (Lower set inc for extra FPS)
Roads now look more better with Parallax textured maps
Pier has also been given new Parallax textures
6 new Timecycles with ENB/REshade configuration

Graphical changes:

Skydome has been edited to allow for better darker skies at night
Graphics textures have been edited.
I've found a way to fix ENB Rain water reflection under vehicles and also added a new Sprite texture
Grass now has no dither/Stripple for a smoother transition between HD and LOD
Big thanks to _CP_ for the research at gtaforums
Fog volume has now been changed from a yellow glow to a white glow at night
Cloudhats have been removed
Vehicle wheel water splashes removed.

Installation: (Please install using a fresh install of GTA5, I do not recommend mixing this with other graphic mods as this could
damage your PC)
1: place the files/folders that are in ENB settings folder in your game directory
2: Place Skynet folder here

3: Go to here

open dlclist.xml and add this line
dlcpacks:/skynet/
4: Replace these files that's in the base game folder but please back up them up before you do.

Once I reach the Country I will edit them accordingly.

@leoncoder I've no idea what HDSRL is. All I did was add an extra corona to the streetlights.
@CyberdyneSystems Liking the mod so far. Kinda random inclusion to have the Benz in but to each their own. Speaking of, since I really only wanna use the road retexture in this mod, do ya think I'd have any issues deleting all other files other than the road .rpfs?
@NaijaMango Hi, Glad to hear you're liking it. You can just use the roads but you would have to delete entry's inside the content.xml. Almost finished the new update, it's a huge update inc more road segments and new timecycles.

@CyberdyneSystems Great stuff. Just a suggestion I would like to recommend you make the roads a lighter grey, use LA REVO roads for reference. If your goal is realism, Los Angels roads are light grey not dark grey like your current textures.
What is the possibility of lightening your roads? I would do this myself but I believe the colours are embedded in the models?
@ZED_ I'm still working on the roads textures and will be including lighter textures. ;) By doing this you can mix&match different parts of the map with darker or lighter roads.
Does this work with visual v?
can you do a mod with just the roads? Love them but unfortunately can't keep all the mod pack, lags too much for me :(

this doesnt seem to work for me, however i didn't install the timecyc because i use VisualV. What files do affect these?

2.2 GB contents; I didn't bother to replace the 4. base game folders because I already had other graphics effects and the road paces don't make much difference to me. At first, I thought it was something about the Terminator scenario.
