Mod Description:
This mod adds the Wave103 radio station from GTA Vice City to GTA V. This will replace the Vinewood Boulevard Radio Station. I made this mod because the Multipack of Vice City Radio Stations mod by Needle isn't compatible with the Flash FM (GTA:VC) in GTA V by Unloaded4. This mod includes files to make the Multipack mod, Flash FM, and the Colored 3D Weapon + Radio Icons mod by CSYON compatible with each other, giving you the ultimate GTA Vice City experience!

Installation - Radio Station:
First make sure you have OpenIV installed, it is needed: http://openiv.com/
1. If this is the first time you are running OpenIV, make sure you set up the mods folder so that you don't edit the original game files. To do this you must start OpenIV and go to tools and then ASI Manager. Install both the OpenIV.asi and the ASI loader. This will install the mods folder to your GTA V main directory.
2. After that you can drag the Wave103 radio station (RADIO_18_90S_ROCK.rpf) into your Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64\audio\sfx folder. **Remember** If you want the Wave103 Radio Station to replace the FlyLo FM make sure to navigate to the "Compatibility Files" folder and follow the directions below.
3. You are done! I replaced all of the songs but I didn't have enough commercials to replace all of the dialogue on the Vinewood Boulevard Radio station. I did however replace all of the intros which tell you what radio station you are listening to. Now it will say the Radio Station is Flash FM, which is pretty awesome! :D
Installation - Radio HUD:
1. Navigate to the "Compatibility Files" folder and choose whether you want the Wave103 Radio Station to replace the FlyLo FM Radio Station or the Vinewood Boulevard Radio Station.
2. Then choose if you want Black and White Icons or Colored Icons. Also choose if you want both the Multipack Radio Station Mod and the Flash FM mod together or if you just want the Flash FM Mod and Multipack Mod seperate.
Replacing FlyLo FM Radio Station:
3. If you chose to replace the FlyLo FM Radio Station make sure to copy the RADIO_14_DANCE_02.rpf to your Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64\audio\sfx folder. Then install the HUD of your choice by installing it to Grand Theft Auto\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\patch\data\cdimages\scaleform_generic.rpf.
4. Enable Edit Mode
5. Look for hud.ytd and open it
6. Click import button on the top left and import the modded gtav_radio_stations_texture_512.png
7. Click save button on the bottom right.
8. Then you are done! Hope you enjoy all of the GTA Vice City Radio Station! :P

Installation - Radio Station:
First make sure you have OpenIV installed, it is needed: http://openiv.com/
1. If this is the first time you are running OpenIV, make sure you set up the mods folder so that you don't edit the original game files. To do this you must start OpenIV and go to tools and then ASI Manager. Install both the OpenIV.asi and the ASI loader. This will install the mods folder to your GTA V main directory.
2. After that you can drag the Wave103 radio station (RADIO_18_90S_ROCK.rpf) into your Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64\audio\sfx folder. **Remember** If you want the Wave103 Radio Station to replace the FlyLo FM make sure to navigate to the "Compatibility Files" folder and follow the directions below.
3. You are done! I replaced all of the songs but I didn't have enough commercials to replace all of the dialogue on the Vinewood Boulevard Radio station. I did however replace all of the intros which tell you what radio station you are listening to. Now it will say the Radio Station is Flash FM, which is pretty awesome! :D
Installation - Radio HUD:
1. Navigate to the "Compatibility Files" folder and choose whether you want the Wave103 Radio Station to replace the FlyLo FM Radio Station or the Vinewood Boulevard Radio Station.
2. Then choose if you want Black and White Icons or Colored Icons. Also choose if you want both the Multipack Radio Station Mod and the Flash FM mod together or if you just want the Flash FM Mod and Multipack Mod seperate.
Replacing FlyLo FM Radio Station:
3. If you chose to replace the FlyLo FM Radio Station make sure to copy the RADIO_14_DANCE_02.rpf to your Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64\audio\sfx folder. Then install the HUD of your choice by installing it to Grand Theft Auto\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\patch\data\cdimages\scaleform_generic.rpf.
4. Enable Edit Mode
5. Look for hud.ytd and open it
6. Click import button on the top left and import the modded gtav_radio_stations_texture_512.png
7. Click save button on the bottom right.
8. Then you are done! Hope you enjoy all of the GTA Vice City Radio Station! :P
Replacing Vinewood Boulevard Radio Station:
3. If you chose to replace the Vinewood Boulevard Radio Station then just install the HUD of your choice by installing it to Grand Theft Auto\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\patch\data\cdimages\scaleform_generic.rpf.
4. Enable Edit Mode

@HarleyQuinnSquad The icons you've included seem to be for the 3d icons. The mod I linked to isn't 3d, but rather a coloured version of the vanilla icons.

@luzair In fact, yes there is! It is made by the same person who made the GTA Vice CIty Multipack Radio Stations. But remember that they are both not compatible with each other. Since this site already has a Flash FM mod I didn't make my own. It's a pretty good mod too, it has all of the Flash FM songs. That mod also replaces the FlyLo FM Radio Station. Have Fun! :)

Hey! Any chance you could make this replace Blue Ark maybe? I like Vinewood Boulevard and Wave103 both, and renaming this to the Reggae rpf just has the station playing endless commercials.
