New mod out, ultra modern house is based on the concept of providing real luxury feeling i think u got the feeling, the location is absoluetly great in my view, In front we got freeway and in back we got the beach ocean view so go get this, million doller house is waiting for u, If u like my mod plz give like and ratings to my mods.

> go to my download mod UMH/ select ultra modern house file and copy all 3 files.
> open (open iv) go to gtav directory/ mods/ update/ x64/ dlc packs/ custom maps/ dlc.rpf/ x64/
levels/ gtav/ citye/ maps/ custom maps.rpf/ paste here file ( ultra modern house) & Done
> I provided another file UMH floor if u want, go to gta v directory/ menyoo/ spooner/ and paste it here.
(this file (contain floor) is for avoid ymap car floor bug sometimes car goes underfloor)
> Run gta v open menyoo by f8/ spooner stuff/ manage saved file/ UMH floor/ load placements done u will be teleported.
Run gtav and enjoy

>>Never modify and upload my mod on any other site however u can make video for youtube but give credit and link of my mod in the description

Only the floor swap the house does not swap is it a ymap or just a xml files
@deprince The umh floor file is only menyoo xml file
Can someone convert the other files for me to ymap because it show only as XML unlike the rest ymap files I have

@deprince Y u won't read the description you should check before saying, these files r ymap xml put it in desired location (read description) rest is ymap xml I don't know y u guys don't able to install this
