This is my first mod, it's kinda simple but I think its pretty cool enjoy everyone
a small number of props under 100
INSTALLATION
FOR FIVEM:
1. Download the file
2. use the XML-ymap converter to convert to a ymap file
3. place into your server
FOR SINGLE PLAYER (menyoo)
1. go to your steam directory (where the GTAV.EXE file is located)
2. find menyoo stuff, click it
3. find Spooner, click it
4. place the .XML file into that folder

@legoboss I made it to be a tow yard for me but I can add another one if you think it would be better as a junkyard
It would be cool if you could just make a junkyard because there’s only two are the junkyards on this site @Zackbell25
