Again, creating an interior close to Franklin's aunt's house, since there isn't one nearby, and to experience having a home close to the neighborhood. Also, a space that was once a garage now becomes a meeting point for your gang, where you can grow and package illicit goods... (I use a translator; sorry if you see any typos in my writing)
INSTALLATION:
- Unzip the rar file you downloaded and place the folder inside in GTAV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks.
- then copy what comes in the text file that comes inside the zip
if you see any mistake in the interior let me know in the comments

I absolutely love MLOs, and I literally can't get enough of them! 💯 This one in particular fits so damn well in this location and the quality is impeccable! I've always felt it'd be a great location for someone to make a realistic home interior such as this, as its just down the road from Franklin's place and in the middle of the Chamberlain Families hood! @Xzrvde @Xzrvde same this you fix it? the only I can play with it is if I put ''true'' on disbled in the content.xml but the exterior remain the same and have double doors (windows from the outside dont work etc
