How's the FPS? 😬

@TayMcKenzie There are dense areas near the House which can bring the FPS dramatically down for a few seconds. But most of the map is stable, because it´s not so dense.

@whatsaUsername. This is really beautiful. Can you do the beach sand even whiter and the water even more tropical clear like Tahiti? Its close, but would be cool if it was even lighter clear blue like the Caribbean, Bora Bora, Tahiti.

For those who might have doubts about the mod, let me clarify something: this mod doesn't add Cayo Perico Island, it just adds some props, but it doesn't add the island. Whoever posted this mod should have mentioned that! Because many people will wrongly think this adds cayo perico island!
