An abandoned laundromat interior, located at San Andreas and Mirror Park Blvd, next to the liquor store.
My goal is to populate the map with Rockstar Quality interiors in order to bring more life to the map. Compared to GTAIV, GTAV is surely lacking in those fun new interiors that you stumble upon.
Installation Guide
FiveM
Copy the folder to your resources, then add 'ensure laundry' to your server.cfg.
Singleplayer
Copy the folder inside of 'SP' (titled laundry) into 'mods/update/x64/dlcpacks'
Add 'dlcpacks:/laundry/' at the end of dlclist.xml (mods/update.rpf/common/data)
Do not re-upload this mod on anywhere without my prior permission.
FAQ
Q: Why aren't the windows on the exterior clear so I can see inside?
A: Simply just a choice in order to make the resource more optimized. The interior is completely culled unless a door is opened, this means the game won't render it until it actually needs to, which will save on performance.
Q: Are all your mods free?
A: Yes! All my releases will be free.

@beans1 You are probably using Enable All Interiors or Open All Interiors with Online interiors enabled.

I wish I could get this and just about any other MLO to work. Instead I go in and instantly fall through the ground. Only this one is worse for me - the entire area across the street from it now has no collision! (I only know this because I was playing LSPDFR and my suspect used the collisionless grass to escape...)
I'm pretty sure I'm doing something wrong, but I can't for the life of me figure out what it might be. A shame, because this is clearly a labor of love.

So I tried loading this again and seeing if there were any 'strm' or other type of files causing problems in SP that could be removed for a fix. There weren't any. However, if the building goes 'hollow' in SP disable 'MP Maps' and the interior will show up.
You should talk to JamesSc0tt, he's using your map for ahis scripts. I was looking for a script for my fivem server for cleaning money and came across his script, needed an interior and found yours as a base to edit and it was perfectly matched to the script.
Either talk to him about how he is using your script the way he is, nothing linked in anyway but its clear his script is for your map. Or talk about creating a mod for the public.
