NOTE:
*ONLY TRUCKS, VANS (INCLUDING SOME SUVs) AND OLD CARS HAVE AN AUDIBLE TURN SIGNAL SOUND IMPLEMENTED IN GAME*
Unfortunately Rockstar did not associate a turn signal sound with most of the vehicles in game so if you have an idea of how the sound could be implemented across all the land vehicles, please do let me know!
----
As you might have already noticed (or maybe not), some vehicles, namely trucks, vans, some SUVs and old cars already have a turn signal sound implemented in the game, however it's very subtle, almost inaudible. This mod simply increases the volume of this SFX.
Mod Features:
-makes this ticking sound much more audible
-replaces the stock 'old car' indicator sound with the stock 'van' indicator sound
-features a new, more modern sounding ticking audio in place for the 'van' turn signal
-slightly increases the volume of the 'Door Open' warning sound
Installation:
Using OpenIV in edit mode, replace the 'vehicles.awc' file inside of the RESIDENT.rpf (GTA V /x64/ audio /sfx/ RESIDENT.rpf) with the one provided in the archive.
Changelog: (date is also the version number)
22.07.2015:
-Increased the volume of the ticking sound even more (no need to update if the 19.07.2015 version is loud enough for you).
-Provided the source files (.wav and the corresponding vehicles.oac) for those, who want to use this mod with other mods that also modify the sound files inside vehicles.awc.
19.07.2015:
-Initial release.
Tested on GTA V version 350.1
Any problems? Let me know!
Enjoy :)

@Eddef Just use my mod alongside any other mod that implements controls for the turn signals :) There are several that allow this.
If you use a gamepad to play, I recommend 'Additional Car Controls [Gamepad Only]' by Xenolit
or if you use keyboard and mouse, 'Car Controls' by ArpyClarkson.
Let me know if you have any problems :)
@RafaLL92 Thank you, it's working like a charm! :D Love the little details in the game so much!
How i can import .wav files into .awc file!!!? pleaseeee help me, is for ps3 audio files!
@AdvancedModding This video explains it all (it's what helped me make this mod) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ymLrNTjGBXA
Hope it helps you too! :)
Can you update with seperate audio file i wanna install with other car sounds but this replaces the whole thing which can overwrite.
@GamingDamned I've included the source files in the latest version too, I hope it will help you :)
HOW DO I USE THESE SIGNALS? WHATS THE CONTROLS?
nice, ive been waiting for this :)
@skillicious_gaming You need to use my mod alongside any other mod that implements controls for the turn signals:

Thanks will go great with realistic burnout sounds mod. I'm glad you uploaded the source files. Hope you do more realistic sound mods.
Yeah, would it be possible to make it to all the cars? :D
Does this work with any turn signals mod such as More Control V (its in lcpdfr.com)
How did you get that kind of first person wiew ?
I'd be nice if it could be made to where it flashes faster than that because real life is faster than that. Also so that not all headlights and taillights look like LEDs, on some older cars they should flash like traditional light bulbs.
@RafaLL92 Hey man, I have an idea on how to implement them. Perhelps when a specific gamepad button or keyboard key is pressed, it can play the sounds, and an ini file to change the desired key. Now it would be painful to create each audio file to sync with each vehicle in the game, but it's a start!
@RafaLL92 Is there a way to make the sound louder ?
i asking the same to @dbakk
Man i already downloaded a mod named turn signals.asi but will this add a sound to that?
manual transmission bro@dbakk
Why don't all cars have sound? In my game, only taxi have sound!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why can't you make it so that when you press a certain key (configurable in an ini file), the game will play a blinker sound until you press the key again.
