This mod allows u to stance ur car to the ground without having issues like bouncing :D
IMPORTANT: i wasnt able to figure out how to get negative camber, if some1 knows how to do it pls leave a comment saying what u did to get negative camber with my handling, idk what affects the camber.
Install instructions: copy the values from my mod to the car's handling u wanna lower, save it and import back.
The handling can be found here: update/update.rpf/common/data/

Hey bud, if you're like me your next step is starting to learn how to edit textures and 3D models so we can properly fix the old front tyres smash through the guards when turning and/or braking. Needs more clearance and just like IRL the guards on the vehicle/s body need to be modded for clearance. Neg camber helps in situations when you are full lock sideways because the inside tyre sits straight up and down, giving a full contact patch with the road surface and providing the most grip. This is great for handling but reduces said clearance, and the problem becomes worse due to all of the g-forces (acting on and) compressing the suspension on the leading areas of the vehicle as you enter the corner (aka weight transfer / physics). On the rear it doesn't matter so much because fuck those tyres and who needs traction. Also, your basic Sprinter (Aus) AE86 (Japan) has a live axle rear end IRL and is non adjustable anyway, set at 0 degrees which is fine.
In GTA V there are no camber adj. settings (Dam you Rstar!) it's just not Gran Turismo although the physics of the game are indeed capable of great things.
There are still two ways I know of to get it to adjust; a recent or fairly new mod which basically hard-codes insane amounts of front and rear camber into a dedicated vehicle model (search RX7) but limitations include being unable to change wheels, probably unable to smash wheels off when hit by another car at speed, unable to change tyres, unrealistic details such as tread marks left on the road: the game lays down full marks despite how much of the tyre/s is actually in contact with road surface, decreased traction and increased tendency to understeer / lock brakes during straight line driving, although to be fair this last point is just the way it is with camber. It's easy to go too far and make said car into a pig to drive.
The other way is what you already know. Lowering a vehicle with increase neg camber, raising it will go the other way to the point of positive camber. Great example of this: Lowriders DLC cars, load one up, Primo2 or whatever, and have a good look. When slammed, look at the car in a full frontal view, then shift across slightly, only just enough to start to make out the wheels inside the tyres, if you can see the dish or the spokes, you have gone too far. Have the camera angle very low, as if you were laying on the ground facing the front of the car, with a light background helps, from there you can see the angle of the camber. Using the hydraulics, lift the car to full raised height, then drop it back on it's guts, and play with this going back and forth, adjusting your viewing angle and bouncing the ride height settings. You will get a good idea of how the camber changes due to games physics trying to emulate IRL changes. It's subtle, going from about 3 - 5 degrees negative to 3 - 5 positive but you can definitely see it happening. You can also get an idea from the outside edges of the front tyres; they will not actually be touching the ground (so log as the wheels are straight, not turned). The more neg camber, the more of an air gap you see between the outsides of the tyres and the road surface.
Centre of gravity is key to handling and gta v has two different settings there to fk with. It's touchy and it's not what you think (front / rear) it effects weight transfer on turns (front setting) weight transfer in straight line (rear setting) and as such has a huge effect on all of your other precious handling settings and can easily fk everything up. It can be set to either a pos or a neg value, and effects whether vehicles behaves with logic (emulates IRL) or without logic (emulates my ex gf : )
COG (centre of gravity) also makes ride height it's little bitch in game, and as such will dictate camber settings. Checkout so called 'wheelie' mods to see how much it can fk up your handling. Or just make your own mod; increase traction, increase torque, shift traction bias to the rear, soften suspension and set bias to mostly front, or alternatively tighten up (comp / rebound) and set bias to mostly rear, then tinker with the COG. Small neg value the front, combine with fairly high pos value the rear (from memory) and when you load vehicle in game it'll be full drag style jacked up at the rear (centre of gravity is high positive) visibly with the ride height and the front will be slammed with heaps of neg camber (neg COG value). Example -1.5 front, (+)3.5 rear would be fkn heaps and probably lock up your front wheels just sitting there with all the weight on the front end, also toppling your max values for ride height min/max upper/lower and possibly crashing in game vehicle. Recommended careful tuning COG without going much past 1.5 in either direction (positive or negative).
Having been there recently I can say that I prefer to try to find a balance of nice low ride height, minimal smashing / rubbing / clipping of front tyres in any/all situations, and a slightly higher rear value COG compared to front, example front -0.5 rear -1.5 (plenty) or pos values: front 0.05 rear 0.075 to maybe as much as 0.15
I'll be releasing vehicle specific handling mods when i'm ready (can't now, waiting on SCV patch to go with latest game updates) and yeh, feel free to check my settings at that time. My interests are; drifting, V8s, muscle cars, torque, good sounds, good handling, ability to light throttle cruise when cruising and smash tyres on demand in any/every gear using 5 speed trans with quick shifts or 4 speed with slower lazy gear change speed settings. Have been working on ZL1, Firebird, Tampa etc. handling and was getting back into sound mods recently, picking up where left off from gta iv modding, then got stuck due to current Rstar auto-updates situation. @kayesem i dont rlly know much about cars and stuff, but i learned some things playing assetto corsa and beamng drive, and i know how to do negative camber in beamng drive, but when i was looking into gtav's handling, it made no sense for me, and i know that there is a way to do negative camber because there's already a handling mod that does that, but a lot of people were complaining about the bouncing, idk why it was happening but after messing around with my handling i got it to work properly, i tried changing the camber stiffness, but nothing changed, i was reading about the handling parameters and some1 said that the camber stiffness allows u to do negative camber and positive camber, but idk what else i need to change. And also the lowriders have negative camber, but the los santos customs might me illuminati, even JulioNIB has no idea how the LSC works.

Set your camber stiffness to 0.15
I do this on every car I setup. It does not change camber settings but has to do with braking on decel or something random that only Rstar knows. The effect at 0.15 is to allow the car to hold it's angle and keep sliding sideways. Higher setting does not help and lower setting just makes your wheels grip up as soon as you release the throttle and kills your drift like the game normally does.
I never had any probs bouncing but it would prob be due to excessively lowered ride height. Even with stiff shocks (compression, rebound settings) it doesn't matter because you have no travel (distance wheels are able to move up and down) and everything bottoms out over bumps, meaning the actual chassis and body of the car is being smashed to bits by the forces that suspension travel and spring/shock settings would normally be cushioning.
If you find a camber setting that does not change other settings let me know. I gave up on LSC I just use Trainer V 3.0 aka Simple Trainer. Spawn any cars anywhere and do whatever mods, then save into slots you can load later on. Takes a little to get used to but it's nice for working with mods when you need to exit and reload the game all the time.
If you don't want to slide around corners just leave camber stiffness setting at zero. If doing drift mods then yeh, 0.15, I thought this was another drift mod, don't mind me.
@kayesem i use ENT (Enhanced Native Trainer), and doing some research i found that if we set the suspension lower limit to a positive value and set the raise to a negative value, it will give a camber effect, but i would be glitchy because u're literally pushing the car down when the suspension cant go that low (i think thats what u said), so basically theres no way of doing negative camber with a handling mod, the only way to do this is with a custom car model.
Im gunna try this 0.15 camber stiffness cuz i'll b doing drift, thx for the tip ;)

Cambered version requires you basically replace with different model entirely.
I tried out the RX7 mod recently running the version with camber and not bad to drive but the wheels gave me the shits due to being permanently welded on, and having weird lighting making them appear foggy or out of focus somehow. Shame because they seem based on deep dish Works Meister and they are otherwise a classic wheel style. That being said I was just reading about how to edit and change wheels for gta v models and it does seem simple enough.
