This mod crashes game everytime a car is selected

This is a shit fucken mod error invalid model and crash the game

When I download the file it gives me a rar file, not a XML file. I've been running menyoo with no issues but I can't seem to get any car mod files to download in any other format when I click the download button. Could you please let me know what I might be doing wrong? Thanks.

@Txhrnytoad You have to click extract file, then it will give you a folder with the xml
