- Put the "shinobir" folder in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
- Add this line -> dlcpacks:\shinobir\ to the dlclist.xml (mods\update\update.rpf\common\data)

mmh in Los Santos Customs Tuning i could not find them lol . The Stripes Liveries and the Liverie with the Cross
