If that bike could run its engine with coal it would do. The saltflat is so british that bad food and rotten teeth were sold with it back in 1970, it won multiple trophies in england, and was even the fastest bike on bone county saltflat, that name was chosen after that record.
1. Put "saltflat" folder in GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks"
2. Add line "dlcpacks:/saltflat/" to "dlclist.xml" in "GTA V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data"
3. Spawn: saltflat
