Dinka is a Dinky brand. Small cars for friendly people, from the Dinka Urban to the Dinka Ventoso, even to cars like the Dinka Blista Kanjo, Dinka can not stop making vehicles designed for people 1 foot shorter than the global average. And then they tried not to with this: the Dinka Frakas. A small bike made for big people, possibly hitting the correct size demographic they have always wanted right on the head with this popular, quirky, rugged 50cc moped.
Your game must be updated to AT LEAST The Los Santos Drug Wars Update (mpchristmas3) for this mod to work correctly.
1. Put the "mmtfrakas" folder in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Add this line -> dlcpacks:\mmtfrakas\ to the dlclist.xml (mods\update\update.rpf\common\data)

Clean.
There's something wrong with the headlight and taillight on this bike. Whenever I turn them on or hit the brakes they're so bright they make the entire screen go either bluish or completely white. Maybe some other vehicle mod is interfering seeing as no one else has commented about this but I have no idea what it could be.
