Notes: This is not meant to be a realistic mod. The Blackfin is has broken suspension and I don't know why or how to fix it
This mod raises and softens the suspension of all land vehicles excluding bikes and tracked vehicles and increases the acceleration and top speed of all vehicles including bikes and planes to a semi-realistic level although, due to the amount of time it takes to adjust and test every vehicle, some vehicles are a little less refined but almost all vehicles are completely stable at the higher speed and don't fall over all the time in corners.
Some of the trucks etc might fall over under sustained cornering but with a bit of relatively careful driving it shouldn't be a major issue.
Don't expect top speeds and acceleration of the vehicles to perfectly match their real life equivalents as it would take a very long time to get them all right and this isn't meant to be a perfectly realistic mod but feel free to mess around with the values to try and get the handling and speed to your liking.
Installation instructions in Read Me.
Also if you do not like these handling mods, don't download them. Don't go in the comments telling me to stop making them because I won't stop making them as some people do like these mods. Feedback is welcome and I will try to address all requests.

Do you not read the rules? Don't rate if you don't have sufficient criticism @iamtherez
I don't call that rally. Putting higher suspensions don't make a rally car. I mean, go google "WRC car" and you'll see that all cars have competition suspensions that keep the car low on the road. Suspensions are just softened or hardened depending on the surface of the road (dirt, snow, asphalt, etc), but overall rally cars are race cars, and thus have low suspension. I'm not even going to mention that 90% of the cars you gave this "handling" are not even technically made for rally. At best some would be trailblazer cars, and even though the suspensions are still low. There, do you have your sufficient criticism, @irishfever1 ?

@Hystery I know real rally cars aren't like this but I just called it rally cos I didn't know what else to call it. Also I know 90% of the cars wouldn't be made into rally cars in real life but this is gta so I thought it would be fun to see what a koenigsegg or a van or whatever was like with crazy suspension. This isn't meant to be a realistic mod it's just a bit of fun if you want to go off-road.

@Hystery OK yeah. I can see how "rally cars" might be misleading. I have changed it to say it's not a realistic mod but I'll change that too.

@Tank Guy try to not make these. Improve the DYSH and KSS cross-Freqs and don't use the metasimal
