For anyone having Issues, I Suggest using this config https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars after installing all 3 .oivs I always use this config and it worked for me everytime. I Even installed it yesterday it works with no Issues

@Giuzeer i have the same problem although it still worked yesterday but then it just did that
