NOTE: BEFORE YOU INSTALL THIS MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY POLICE MODIFIERS (etc, PEV) THIS MOD WILL BREAK POLICE CAUSING THEM TO STAND AND NOT SHOOT
This mod is a must get if you have a low end pc, i have a Intel I3 2100 and before I had this I suffered with bad microstutters everywhere. Now after installing this they've become almost obsolete from my game and it even has no effect or graphics change.
@GtaGamer100 mod hasn't been updated in almost 6 years, most likely you're running a newer build of the game that breaks this mod.
@thalilmythos Just tried, it just removes it alltogether. also npcs just die if they ever touch your car lol
