hi there,why did my menu doesnt show anything?it just show black background without the menu

hi may i know why my object spooner doesnt seems to work fine?i mean it is working but somehow it spawned a lot of item in the same time,example-i am scrolling through the item list and suddenly it’ll spawn most of the item that my cursor went before,and it’ll be a lot of them,please help me
