@aimless. I don't have any opportunity not to update my game. It's on Steam. By the way, I'm using other mods which are requirng both script hooks, so I guess they are installed properly and, it's a little disappointing, I do not have that kind od file. Can it be hidden by OS?
Hello. I've just downloaded your mod but unfortunately it doesn't work. I do not see green marker in front of the banks in the period of mod-operating time. My game version is 1.0.944.2 Steam build 1618385. I have newest script hook and other stuff. Cheers!

@aimless I do have all permisions cause I'm te admin of the computer. Maybe i just got wrong files and uploaded into game old versions or... whatever.
