lake_louise_ac_textures_1.ytd is too big to work on Fivem as the max ytd size is 16MB and that file is 17.2MB so it won't load and causing the missing textures.
For fivem mods no needs to include both a __resource.lua and fxmanifest.lua just include the fxmanifest.lua is all you need for fivem. Because __resource.lua is the old one and no longer used for fivem.
