incase no response how can i readd the tracer effect to ALL guns cause it looks cinematic to me :)

only mods i have are RDE, Vanilla Works Extended, Improvements in gore, and RDE & VWE

i cant change settings and im unable to disable passive mode do you know why?

can i use this mod with the LSPDFR compatibility in RDE too or no?

cant get into good police chases for some reason. i drive down the highway and the cops seem to be on their phones or something and slam into the semitrucks parked on the side of the road

i have 3 significant car mods installed . the vapid scout, stanier2, and a karin asterope pack cause it was the only lore friendly car that wasnt a police reskin. will i have to readd them to popgroups.ymt when i install this?

anyone know a way to readd the bullet tracers cause it makes the game feel a lot more fun
